This page combines the latest available national marriage figures from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, first-marriage age data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2024 American Community Survey, and survey findings from The Knot’s 2026 Real Weddings Study. The Knot study surveyed 10,474 U.S. couples married between January 1 and December 31, 2025. Each statistic links directly to the source used for that figure.
The figures are reviewed regularly. The next planned review is October 2026, or sooner if a primary source releases a newer edition.
